Fabulous Service as always. My colour & cut by Derek, is gorgeous I brought a coupling of photos and o show him the style & colour I wanted to go for and he nailed it. Thanks Derek.

Very disappointed with the cut. The layers are like 2 steps in my hair. Not happy at all. 30mins delay wasn't great either, I was late for work. No time allocated to really understand the client requests & their hair type. Emphasis seems to be on ...

Sorry to hear this Deborah.Emphasis is most certainly not about quick turnaround at my salon ,I sincerely apologise if that's how you were made feel.We are experiencing frequent delays at the moment unfortunately as alot of people are showing up late which is adding an extra pressure.With regards to your haircut we would love to be given the opportunity to rectify the situation for you .
